NAP10 Rules

NAP10 Protection

Attacking or scouting NAP10 alliances is prohibited, ensuring political stability and proper state organization.

Resource Gathering

Attacking players while they are gathering resources is not allowed, promoting healthy growth for all players.

Conflict Response

Attacks on non-NAP cities are allowed only as a response to attacks or abuse, limited to a maximum of 2 hits, with the goal of preventing unnecessary escalation of conflicts.

No City Zeroing

Zeroing cities is not allowed, aiming to preserve active players and prevent state abandonment.

Exceptions

• A city may be destroyed if it is occupying land belonging to a specific alliance.
• Repeated hostile behavior. Example: after being retaliated against for an attack, the city continues to carry out attacks even after losing.
• Before zeroing any city, the incident must be reported to NAP10, including the battle report and a clear explanation of the situation.

Neutral Events and Facilities

Attacking or surrounding facilities, forts, complexes, or strongholds outside official event contexts is prohibited.

Integrity in Facility Battles

Changing alliances during facility battles is not allowed, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Alliance Structures

Attacking banners, flags, and HQs of active alliances is prohibited.

Conduct and Respect

All players must maintain respect in chats. Conflicts, reports, and NAP10-related matters must be handled between leaders.

Anti-Poaching

Recruiting or stealing members from NAP10 alliances is prohibited, maintaining balance of power within the state.
